No idea about the “cult” a few have spoken about, but the fella running it was very welcoming, the place had a nice vibe & the snacks for pilgrims were tasty - a very welcome stop on a 29km day, thanks
Funky place just off the trail that shows up unexpectedly. They have some limited drinks, food, and are very friendly! Everything is donation-based. Apparently the people serving are members of an international cult, but they weren't at all pushy. We had a quick coffee and a snack, chatted with some other pilgrims, and moved along happily and without complaint. Definitely worth a stop, especially after the fairly long hike to get to that point.
I have stopped and there was a excellent juice and cheese sandwiches for donativo. The guy who served us was very polite, friendly and I felt there well. Overall to stop here is really worth it.
A blessing on the Camino! Such friendly people and excellent attention! The rooms were clean and comfortable, dark for resting well, and the showers insanely good with soap and space to wash comfortably. They have washers and driers for clothing, and space to leave bikes.
Cute little place - first thing you come across on your way towards Orio on the Camino del Norte. Decent coffee, yerba mate, snacks and cool water - all for whatever donation you feel is reasonable! Very friendly people chatting on the terrace
An unexpected hilltop haven after some rough, rocky roads! Vegans are well catered for here and all are welcomed warmly
Very nice place just along the Way. They also offer accommodations, although I didn't use them. Probably not a best place for people who want to "just get through", but if you want to sit down, have a chat and something to eat/drink along the way -- would reccomend 100%. Totally donation-based place, from what I could gather.
Great little place that welcomed everyone (specially pilgrims doing the Camino). There was a Very hospitable older gentleman welcoming people and offering a place to rest, drinks, and snacks. All donation based. One of the highlights of that whole day for me was my quick stop at this place.
